The Tabernacle- Come Out Of Your Shadows (The Candlestick) 11-6-22 Pastor Mark England

To be a light that sines in the darkness, we must have a foundation and something that can connect us to that foundation.  This is pictured for us in the Tabernacle Menorah.  The Menorah has a base, a shaft, branches, and finally cups that hold the oil to burn light.  All of these parts of the singular gold piece of the Menorah show us a picture of the Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  

Bishop T.D. Jakes says on this topic “Darkness is not a thing, it’s a result.”   We cannot regulate darkness, only light.  

The more light there is, the less dark it will become.  The less light we shine, the darker it will get.  The point of this is that you may be trying to pray away the darkness… but God is waiting for you to pray in the Light.  When we pray in the Light on an area of darkness, the darkness must leave!
